There are many advantages to investing in both real estate and mortgage notes, really too many to list here. Lower taxes, real-property collateral, appreciation, cash flow, and leverage are a few.

In addition, one thing I love about real estate is the ability to improve a physical property, thereby increasing its value, improving the surrounding area, and providing quality, affordable housing for good people.
